I ran for City Council because I believe in the importance of participating in local government.

I believe in the promise of a representative democracy, the balance between firmly held beliefs and representing the real-life needs of your constituents. I listen, and I am willing to grow.

One thing I will never debate is the inherent value and worth of every human being. As the former Assistant Director and the current President of the Board of the Malden Warming Center, I can attest that our community members with the greatest challenges are worth care, respect, and dignity.

All of our families deserve food on the table, our children deserve access to programs that help them learn and grow, and our city deserves elected officials who aren’t sorry about standing up for what’s right.

What I Believe In

I believe we need to work harder to solve our affordable housing crisis. I believe we can offer more services to our neediest residents and they deserve our help and our care.

I believe in the value of service. I believe the most good I can do is to push for forward-thinking policies in Medford that will emphasize what is great about our city and make it even better.

I want to work for the people of Medford who have lived here for generations and for my children and their classmates, who represent the future of our city.
